Hi all,
Some of you were interested in what Japanese car auctions look like. Here are a few pictures from my local auctions. My mates who have been in Japan for a long time reckon this one is very small. I find it hard to beleive. The place was frigggin huge. We bought some new toys too PIMP Daddy JZX90 for daily driver and Evo 7 for customer.
The main hall
View from my seat. The big screens in picture above are named A, B, C, & D. My table has corresponding buttons which I press to bid on cars. It's not rocket science but took me a while to get used to it. You can see the C button just below my mobile phone.
One of 6 car parks. This particular day didn't have much drifty stuff, but there was 3 nice 180SX's, a few S15's etc. But we went mainly to find a pimp daily driver. Got a manual JZX90 Cresta with nice rims for a handsome price. Has an exhaust blow, but apart from that it's sweet. Interior was listed as grade D (low grade) but we can't find anything wrong with it.
That's all folks
p.s. I'm screwing...an AE86 with rusty arches was sold for approx £400. Missed out
