You will be in for a lot more money to get that engine to 200hp. 3000 dollars is expensive, but if he can do a proper job, and you cant do the work yourself, then maybe its reasonable for you? At US prices, the engine is worth about 1000 dollars, everything you need for the swap and some maintenance parts could cost another 1000, then add work and you get the picture. Thing is, I doubt the guy will bother installing fresh parts on it and just use what's on there, in which case your overpaying a few hundred dollars.
If your going to spend thousands on an engine that will reach 200hp in NA trim, dont bother with a 20v and start with an s2000 engine! Will also cost lots..but produce over 200hp reliably.
