Hi all

This is a way too much offtopic for a car enthusiast forum, but i need to spread the word.
I´ve heard in the news last week, and today I recieved an email that told that was a Petition online goin on about this, so, the story is:

An artist from Costa Rica, Guillermo Habacuc Vargas, exposed a sick and unshelter dog in a art galery. Hapens that no one feed him or gave him water. The dog died on propose in front of everyone.
Guillermo Habacuc Vargas was the chosen artist to represent Costa Rica at the Biennial CentralAmerican Honduras 2008.

The petition is in order to avoid this artist to present any of his work at this Biennial.

Please sign here http://www.petitiononline.com/13031953/petition.html

The dog while alive

Pics from http://elperritovive.blogspot.com/

Seen those pics? Even more overwhelming the thing is. In the other end of the room there was writen in the wall with dog food something like: "Is this what you want?" in spanish.

Burn in hell!

I absolutely don't agree with what the artist did, but my first thought was that apparently no-one prevented the dog from dying. Mad
literally: is this what you want?

What a cock!
If he had wanted to make a statement he could have used a dog that was already dead instead of killing another one!
I don't think its art, just some wanker trying to get his named out there.
Does anyone think that those people drinking all around that dog even give a fuck? I doubt it.
So if no one notices then whats the point?
If he used a dead dog people would notice cos it would be stinky and full of flies.
This is just ART WANK!

The artist did what it meant to do:

Create awareness of the abbandoned animals issue

Shame a dog had to die for this, but as we can see, it was just "a way" to expose the problem to as many people as possible...

That's my oppinion...
