Official Toyota footage preparation need - READ!

Hi guys,

I am not sure, if I even mentioned it here and probably just few of you know. I work for Toyota, Toyota Motor Europe HQ in Brussels to be exact.

Today I met a guy from PR and he tells me: "Hey, I know you don`t have your car anymore, but still i hope you will help us out"...

TME PR wants to make pictures of new FT-86 concept together with real AE86 next to it. I don`t know the details, i don`t know when and how it is going to be used -> they simply need both cars available.

..not Celica, not Supra -> hachi!!! :YES:

So, they are now asking all of YOU, through me, if some of you would be kind and borrow your car for this footage. They will get you different car instead, so you remain mobile. They seem to need the car for three days or so. During non footage moments it will remain closed in warehouse with car prototypes, so no worries about safety. I will let you know more details ASAP.

Now the car:
- needs to be spotless
- needs to be as close as possible to original
- wheels need to be at least a bit oldschool, if you don`t have original ones
- should be close to Brussels, so BE (seb?), NL, LU maybe even D or FR

If anyone from you is interested to participate (and i hope there is), please send me your best pictures (just 1 or 2 is fine) to:

I hope you take this as privilage and send me your offers straight away. It is quite urgent as they want to make the pictures in second half of next week.

i know a guy in Boortmeerbeek near Mechelen he is a axiam dealer
he has 2 or 3 stock hachi's in mint condition

There was a rumour that Calty the Toyota's US design department were going to take a whack at redesigning the car. However that is apparently just a rumour the concept shown from ED2 should be the final design with tweaks for things like pedestrian safety and stuff (like raising the bonnet height or something), also the interior will not be the same in the concept, no zips!
