I was just plowing through Wikipedia when I found this:
It says Bonus Car, but so far, I havn't found a way to unlock it ("Past" Gen Xbox) Hopefully it's not just Xbox Live Market download exclusive, I don't have Xbox Live. Any suggestions welcome.

It is just Xbox live. Cant get it on the PS2 version either  Tried for ages before i found out.
