Does anyone know how to remove a headlamp lens without breaking the glass?

Thanks

Heat gun, but dont use it instead of your hair dryer!

I don't have enough hair left to use one! Very Happy

However, I've been using a hair dryer in the garage, quite a bit recently, for heating paint/panels/cold hands etc.

I don't think it'll produce enough heat to soften the sealer, though.
I'll give it a try, anyway.

Failing that, you could buy some Raybrigs Steve, that's what I did, so I have my old lenses spare if you need a pair

Hey Jezza, how's that car of yours?

I drove past it yesterday, as it happens.

It's not too bad, needs some TLC at the moment that I can't afford to give due to Christmas bills. She will hopefully get some good treatment in february.
