You mean this?
well we did that without thinking...  We did that on the S13 and worked well (done exactly like in the picture, with metal bounds)... On a Hachi you dont need that (obviously) because it has a stiff back axle... so...  I didn't notice any progress...

it's been quite a while now...
today I came to this forum by pure chance... I was looking at some pics on the net and there was a link to my old aeu86.org... 
a lot has happened in the last year... and some...
I bought a S13, tuned it up a bit and am trying my best to do some drifting with it
At the moment I can't imagine to drive this car to the hills on snow and drift it for the whole night... so f... expencive...
Obviously, I had to sel my Hachi... hard times... but I am not said (at least not for my car) because my red legend is given a new life... as a propper racing car...
Zax bought my old Hachi and started a SR86 project...

I am proud of my little car, and this topic brought some good good memories...

(look it still has it's second rear lock, from the plate left, that we never find a reason why it was there  )
well I guess this is kind of a good bye...
I will still come and wisit my hachi topic and I have some great memories with some of you guys here on aeu86.org
