2 ZaX:
I asked becouse in your design of pulleys I cannot see how you will make offset between pin marks (holes) in the center and teeth part of the pulley (when lies the timing belt).

Also made this one today.
Adjustable panhard rod. No more problems with missaligment of the rear end. I can now lower the car "properly".
Price = 20€.
Just waits for instalment of new bushings.

Well, luckely we are alle different. If you guys want to drive around with that mod on your cars, be my guest. I would never do such a mod on mine. Im not saying that its not working, im saying that some time it will break (and thats not for discussion - the clamps WILL break).
A little "side-thing" is that it looks like something a 16 year old kid would clamp on his moped.
Not near to something a guy, whos loving his car would ever make. Short terms: It looks like something a complete amateur have maked.
No hard feelings you guys

Zax, have you gotten any added performance from adjusting your cam pulleys or are you waiting to combine them with aftermarket cams?

Not yet. I'm if nothing, i will swap my 232 red top cams with 240 blue top cams.
I was thinking of retarding the intake cam a bit, and advancing exhaust to gain a bit torque. nothing special yet.

Little something i started working on this evening.
I'm not using these vents on my dashboard, so i decided to fill them with something more usefull.
I like the "old" design of VDO gauges, they look similar to ae86 dashboard, also with green glowing light.
Hope to finish electric part tommorow.

Senders not yet connected.
Any idea where is the best place to install oil pressure and oil temp. senders?

You already have an oil presurre sender, I dont think it will work if you split the signal wire. If you have a new pressure sender you could take off the original one, place a t-piece on it and install the extra pressure sender on that.
Oil temps should always be measured in the oil pan. I installed my oiltemp sensor in the drain plug, but that is a slightly risky place to put it. Best solution is to weld an extra bit of metal to the pan, drill it and tap it for the correct thread.

Hey Zax,
You have been busy !!!.
how much trimming was required after you'd removed the spinning air vents ? I guess they are 52mm gauges yes ?
