If you have the right parts..
But I believe that the belhousing is the hardest part to get!

Yep, I had a mint condition 3S-GE but gave up on the swap, it turned out i needed bellhousing from a Celica Supra or a 6 speed trans from a SXE10...
Failed big time to source them out

AS far as I know you need:
-Bellhousing from a Celica Supra (?) OR
6 Speed Tran from Altezza (SXE10 not Euro Lexus)
-But there's no engine mount swap kit available in market so you have to fabricate them, 2 out of 5 difficulty level using standard 4A-GE mounts.
-Dizzy recolocation or firewall cutting
-And some more headaches figuring out some other stuff.

to make it work, you'll need almost everything custom fabricated to make it fit and alot of $$$$
not the easiest conversion out there for sure.
