Not stock... someone has converted the OEM to adjustable. Tuning the
cams means dyno time, or lots of hours with a DTI and degree wheel to
try them at different settings... with road testing after each change.
If the car is running well, I'd say leave them where they are

at the moment the car is idling quite bad but this could be camshaft or lightnen flywheel. i guess this as i dont know wht has been done to the engine etc.

If you have stock cams and the cam timing has been changed with
the adjustable pulleys, it could affect the idle. Closing up the lobe
centres will increase valve overlap, possibly allowing exhaust blowback
(charge dilution) at idle.
If the cams have been changed to longer duration, the same problem
can occur. You may need to degree the cams to check the duration
and lobe centres. Aftermarket cams are usually marked on the end
of the camshaft, but you would need to pull the pulley off to check.

found out today that it has HKS cams but dont know which one a friend tried measuring it and he gets roughly 8.3mm lift (not too accurate)

If you want to get serious with tuning the cams you will need to check
the duration. If you have 272 duration or higher, you will probably need
to crack the throttle open and idle at 1000 or 1100 rpm. Higher overlap
lowers the manifold vacuum at idle, degrades the MAP signal, and confuses
the ECU.
However, longer duration cams are always going to do their best work at
high rpm, and idle quality is the tradeoff. Quad throttles are said to give
much better idle, but they are almost always installed with an aftermarket
ECU, so not a fair comparison.

thx for the advice will have to keep the throttle open then to avoid stalling as at the moment the revs sometimes drops after blipping the throttle and stalls the enigne this happens if i go drifting or cane the engine
