Hey guys,
I'll be in Sydney for two weeks in January if all goes as planned. I'll have a busy schedule but if time allows it would be nice to meet up with some hachi owners.
I'll be in town from the 13th till the 26th and will most likely bestaying in the North Sydney area.

Hope you have an awesome time in sydney Bastiaan, Although I now live in Far north Queensland I lived in sydney for 49 years and aust day on the harbour is unreal, pity you are not coming to Cairns as both my brother and myself have ae86 and have had them for a long time , about 20 years to be correct. Maybe Irish (paul) will help show you some of our sydney hachi's.

Well thats why you should post your travel plans on a forum like this one
Here in Holland you generally don't see hachi's in the wild either.. but they are here:)

Yeah I'm already in contact with one or two Sydney based hachi owners, it seems I just missed a big hachi meeting:(
Awell, if things go the way I expect these two weeks, they wont be the last two weeks I spend in Oz:)

Yeah I heard from David who picked me up he had been working in his garden in that heat and so welcomed the rain that had just stopped when we arrived:)
So far spotted a nice GTR on the way over to the appartments, and plenty of other pimped up rides that I don't recognise. I think people have a fetish here for pickup conversions
But I haven't really looked yet, been indoors alot so far, hope to do some real siteseeing later on..

If you don't recognise a car down under, it's a Holden.
If you think you recognise a car wich isn't a Holden, big chance it's still a Holden

Hey guys,
Been in Sydney for 3 weeks now and haven't seen a single Hachi yet (yeah I missed the skidpan day )
What I am amazed by though is the number of other cool cars I've come across. Was at Ikea yesterday and saw an old R31 Skyline parked and thought, hmm nice, and the minute I thought that, anotherone just drove past me... There is actually one that drives over miller street/Pacific Highway that I see everyday I walk to work. (I've seen plenty of R32, R33 and R34's aswell).
Seen my share of Silvia's so far aswell, and its crazy how many RX8's there are around...
Got me a place now up Lane Cove, moving in next week
