Hi everybody,
I'm relatively new here, I came here to look for a Hachi a while ago, and with the help of Robokill I have found a fairly nice example.
It is totally stock so I already bought some parts from Mux to upgrade.
New Apex springs and a full set of bushes are going to be fitted next week, also i will change all oils and upgrade the brake system which sucks.
After that I will buy a bucket seat and a thicker steering wheel, maybe even a set of 4points harness.
The car belonged to a guy who bought it himself nine years ago and didn't really know what it was.
I suspect he crossed his fingers and quietly sang halleluja when he heard how much people would still pay for his car.
Anyway, here are some pics, it is a 1987 Levin Kouki Coupe.
greets

Haha... Nine years is a long time ago, ID first stage was only just CGI-ed in Japan and totally unknown outside Japan. Apart from that only few people really knew about the car.
How much kilometers did the car?

You could have told me your friend didn't drive with you in the passenger seat but pulled up in a damn S2000. I didn't notice until you guys drove away again...
I wouldn't have mind looking over the S a little closer
Looks like you found yourself a nice little car. Needs a little work but generally looked in pretty good condition.
Let me know how the springs work out for you

I know you can undo that easily.
Are you coming to the BBQ as well?

Thanks guys, I'm pretty happy with the car, although various things need to be done before it handles to my taste.
Chell, I keep runnig into you everywhere hehehe, do you have a hachi to then?
I'm not sure when the bbq is, I'm pretty busy a.t.m. so I don't read the whole forum.

Well, it has been a while with the updates for the hachi, I am to busy with my Impreza for now.
Still I have done I few things, with big help from Lennert (Robokill), thanks buddy!!
The things done are quite the standard upgrades I think.
First up the bushings, this brings a big improvement for handling!
Then we did some maintenance on the engine and a change of oils everywhere.
We changed the springs, but the dampers need to be changed for a better quality ride, I am not satified with the handling yet.
The brakelines were changed for stainless steel ones.
And I bought a Quaife quick rack steering upgrade through a groupbuy on club4ag, this arrived today.
