Ok, time goes by and I'm still waiting for my kouki front bumper from Japan. I wanted to make the full presentation but since it is going to take awhile I'll show you how it is nowadays:
Headlights are A-OK, two separate switches on the dasboard to regulate them. Also took off all the carpets from the interiors and switched the license plates to old-school ones (Painted the back side black to match the plates "semi-panda"
In the near future I'll take off the rubber band from the doors.
Some experiences with a zenki Levin bumper, quite easy to be transformed, you gotta rip it in half, take off 60mm, then widen the arches 90mm and the brackets have to be widen also. I'll be doing the "handmade bumper" with fiberglass and when it's done I'll show everyone
More updates soon!
Cheers

Looks really great! But i think you need a new bumper
Are you goint to mount an OEM Trueno bumper or a tuning part?

Yeah looks bit strange. But there are so much panda ae86 out there its getting boring Especially with that bodykit it would look better in only one color.

I like it! The rims look way better in black. The seatbelts are also nice. All you need now is a nice racing seat!

Oh man, it's finnaly coming togheter
The handcrafted (modified) bumper is already done and I love the results, it looks very simmilar to the zenki Trueno bumper. It was a real headache to lay the fiberglass on an "empty space", since the original Levin bumper had to be widden in the arches.
So, pictures
You can see the 3 areas where it was mainly modded: both whell arches and it had to be shrinked at the middle. But if you think the fiberglass part was hard, imagine the backets
Had to be cutted all the way to just the part that bolts to the body and had to be completely metal crafted to fit the Levin conversion bumper.
I'll be fitting the lip and paiting it today and I'll show you the final results soon.
Cheers

The Zenki Levin Front Bumper doesn't look that bad on the Trueno front end,was thinking of doing that with mine Trueno, but only difference is that I have a Kouki Levin front bumper, nice job on the conversion

Just wondering: can you repeat that trick with an AE82 bumper?

What do you mean? Converting a AE82 bumper into a Trueno one?
Fiberglass universe - everything is possible

You guessed right.
It looks a bit like the trueno bumper and I was always thinking about modifying it.

banpei Sure, I can do it!
Not quite sure if it's worth it, since you gotta hand it to me in Portugal and I have to send it back to the Netherlands, it wouldbe cheaper to buy the real deal.
Let me know if you'r interested, friendly prices

hachirokuGTV yes, they were re-upholstered in brown leather and pattern fabric in the middle. I guess they are unique, but I don't like them that much now

But I don't have any use for it. I was just theoretically speaking.
