itc, what browser are you using? it should actually give you some help to tell you who is at that place on the map..

i think he means that instead of just showing a name on top of the dot it shows up code and techie stuff also on some people, my avatar still does not show either?

Well, actually it might be a good idea to make different versions. Techie stuff is a very nice thing to have. Smile

And avatar/icons loading takes a very long time to load. When I started the map it were only a few dozen, now it starts to grow a bit too large: 114 persons on the map. Shocked

I'm sorry, but the canary islands does not feature on the map. But we can add them to the counting topic:

Hehe, there are a lot of red dots in Holland, but I think the main reason is that about 50% of the owners registered here and our country is very small. Wink

mja, I vaguely remembered there was some hype about a year or 2 ago about community maps. Either through google map API hacking, or Flickr API hacking. I just can't seem to find it anymore >_<
