Mine's is my daily driver as long as it works... but I have another car that I use sometimes, in which case the hachi turns into my brothers daily driver for a while.

Well for now the volvo is out of the game for a while.. so the hachi is performing daily driving service again. The only drawbacks are the noisy diff, smell of oil fumes, >1L/1000km oil consumption, and deteriorating gearbox... nothing to worry about on your daily driver .
At least all necessary replacement parts are already waiting for install or on their way over to me as we speak.

Whenever I need it daily it is my daily driver
But since going to work by (clogged up) public transport saves me atleast 20 minutes, I never find space to park at my work (only two streets away) and I can also sleep in the train. So I rather use the public transport.
But I do love to drive the car to work though.

I like the noises coming from my hachi , and I like the fact that the most are enjoying them every day .

well, i also like those noises, but...there's one that will get me some trouble i think...the engine is starting to make something i think...but well, those engines are easy to find, so not a big problem i think!
i'll need to change all oils soon, cause had no chance to do that yet
