Guys,
Just wanted to make you aware of an event that is hopefully going to happen in August – I am looking to arrange AE86 Festival 2008 in the UK which is a social / track session for AE86 owners (and potentially some other old school Toyota’s).
Things are still being agreed but the general idea of the format is to meet up the afternoon before, camp next to the circuit and have a social in the evening and then go out on track the following day with split sessions of drifting and grip to accommodate all tastes.
It’s all going to be a very laid back affair with the focus on socialising, and using the cars on track – not like your typical car show with stands, booming music and promo girls.
So far the interest in the even is proving quite promising, with a lot of UK and IRE 86 owners looking to attend. I just wanted to draw the people’s attention to the day on here in case some were interested in taking part? Sadly due to the size of venue and number of track spaces, spaces will have to be limited.

As mentioned its early doors. I will post updates when I have them.

Why cant AE86´s and porno girls share the same space? I cant see anything wrong in there... its called socialize too!

that is a good idea! was just thinking about that for a cupple of days now! would be great to see the event especially made to gather only ae86's and old totyas!
its a shame that im not going to be able to bring my toy yet...but, if that event will succeed, i think in near future it will happen, and i will be proud to stand in there along with others!
