It is a stock 4agze 145hp bottom, very modyfied head, and Super T70 turbo running megasquirt and 2,1 bar....
He just made 559 hp and 520nm today....
Thinking about running more boost, but how much boost/hp can you put on crank?..
I know we need to get better rod bolts..

With that much HP your probably going to end up cracking the block.

There was another guy on club4ag over in japan that has one with 550 horse as well, he split a cylinder when it was still in the high 400's before rebuilding.

Cast iron blocks are stout & strong. But they do have their limits.

Not for too long, running that much power through a factory ze bottom end is only running on borrowed time.

crazy power for a std 4ag whatever you have done to it! unless the bottom end gets work done to it to compliment that kinda power output its only a matter of when its gonna shit itself!

whats with the bad flat spot at about 7700rpm???

also, with that kinda torque gearboxes, diffs etc are gonna be a serious issue!! be prepared to take a long step back and re think or else get the cheque book out.

The flat spot is because it just hit overboost, didn,t bring my computer, so we couldn't change it...
Well never mind about gearbox and that, just wana know if we need speciel crank if we go past 600 hp...

I met this guy at some races in English town New Jersey one time and he had a 3TC motor in an AE86 and I asked him why doesn't he use the 4AGE in the car. He told me "when you make that much power you break the crank" Come to find out, this was the owner of paradise racing. He should know what to do with your crank. http://www.paradiseracing.com
