Best is to buy a book on tuning. That will give you the best basis.
In general you fix each rpm/load bin and add timing until either torque drops off or you get detonation. You are trying to find mean best torque (MBT). Doing that 144 times or more can be a lot of work, so you can also keep the engine at one rpm through the dyno and sweep through tps, add timing, repeat, remove timing, repeat. Keep track of which cells gain or lose torque. etc.. that's it in a nutshell. You need the torque output of the dyno to do this correctly.
