Should all be good, I run the same pistons in my 4AGE, the alloy is sh** but does the job.
Exept for the headgasket, these are low comp pistons to compensate your compression loss, run the thinest headgasket you can get.

I´d let a GOOD engine rebuild shop change the pistons on your rods, they have the proper equipment to ensure the rods are not twisted, etc.
