OST-063: Busy Boy

Before heading out to the machine shop - I check the new cams in their journals for fit, we don't want any binding on the new cams....



If you look carefully you'll see there isn't any valve train under those lobes.



Now back from the machine shop having gotten a fresh 3 angle, back cut intake valves, and a resurface, its now ready for assembly. Stock valves, but the springs and retainers are Supertech pieces. These come on a recommendation from Barry @ MRP.


Exhaust side first today...




followed by the intake side




and fully assembled waiting for cam install, and setting valve clearances.....
