A brake bias adjuster isn't going to improve anything in your case since it's useful only when you have too much braking power toward the rear.

Based of my own calculations (if you apply the same pressure on front and rear)
OEM brake bias:
65/35%

RX7 setup:
72/28%
and that's IF you use the same brake pads on both axles !
If you trow something like the HC800 at the front and keep some generic pads at the rear you are closer to 80/20% = NOT GOOD !!! (except if you have a very poorly balanced car)
