Group a homologation questions

Well trd book indeed says alot of things but if they can be used is another thing
Cover has a grp a rallycar but it never has been used nor have i ever seen official one from trd in rally.

I have seen some old grp a a long time ago and they never had itbs
All where with original trd gearbox and heavenly mofied original inlet and outlet manifold.
They were making 185 hp i believe with the trd ecu.
But this is the past the rules now could be different now


Did you know the ae86 up until this year was not allowed to drive rally from ypres or othe national events in historics?
Same as bmw m3 e30
My car was in class non homologated.
This year this moved up for cars until 1990

Fact is if they dont approve car its huge waste of money and time.
And 2 different inspectors said same thing
Today im going to ask an old driver

I myself havent seen one for like 10 years
