Based on the distance between the rear wheel and the fender I doubt it (if the width and offset is the same front/ rear)
I used to have 8" ET0 with 195/50R15, and they where flush with the stock rear fender .

gh0st, do you have camber plate ? if so, did you check your camber ?
Also, are your lower control arms stock ?

Big wheel problems
Hello people,

After studying my car a bit, I came to the conclusion that it is indeed the lip that is rubbing against my wheels. I'm thinking of moving my lip 1cm more to back. Should that fix my problem?

As for my bumper, I can't tell if its mounted incorrectly.
I'll also check on the offset as soon as I'm able to.
I made some pictures which I have added below. Maybe these will show any possible wear-marks of where its been hitting my car or marks on the tire.

I made a picture of my camber and my control arm, which I have added below. What can you me about those parts, based on what you see on the picture?

I'll keep you guys posted!

Looks like oem control arms, struts/topmounts and lowering springs. Not much you can do in terms of adjustability with oem stuff. Is the caster set within oem spec, maybe it needs an alignement? If it bothers you, i’d remove the front lip until you get other wheels.

MMM I don't think so

What you could do to determine the issue, is to put a bit of chalk on your lip. You could use really cheap kids chalk for this (the ones kids draw in the streets with) as this has the bonus that those have various colors. Then steer until you hear the rubbing and check if it rubs against the lip as the chalk should then be on your tires. If not, apply the chalk somewhere else you suspect it rubbing against and repeat this until you have found it.

No, but as for the bumper itself, it doesn't look like the bumper is mounted correctly. That same goes for the backbumper. Perhaps the previous had an accident and remounted the bumper afterwards.
