rebuilding 2 ae86's
hello guys i am new on this forum.
I bought 2 Ae86's last month and i am now working on them to make them as good as new.
One is going to be for drift and race use, the other one for daily use but also for lots off fun!

the first is now a silver black one, but it have a lot off rust on the body and chassis. The other one is red and is very good, it has a few bumps on the body but the rest is oke.

i got some pics off the grey one how it was, now we are working on it very hard and i hope to get it to the painter next month.

i already ordered some nice parts for the cars>

i got.
2 D2 suspension kits with camber adjustment.
Camshafts from webcams (usa) custom grinded.
Exhaust manifold 4-1 + 2.5 inch exhaust
trd thermostat + filter
samco cooling hoses
ecu upgrade from superchips
magnecor leads
denso iridium spark plugs
fuel pressure regulator from sard
TRD head gasket
lightweight pullys
roll over cage
15x7 et0 konig wheels old school

so i try to keep pictures up to date, here one off the first, i will add some more later today.

so it is going to be lots off fun!

Welcome Gert-Jan..

Where did you find 2 ae86's for sale in a month? That doesnt happen very often. Anyways, bring them back in good shape. I have no doubt you will have 2 very nice cars when you're done.
I read on your website that your going to place a new chassisbeam to replace the rusty one. I have the exact same problem on my car on chassisbeam next to the fueltank. If toyota still sells them new over here please let us know, so I dont have to bother my local toyota dealership about it.
