Hi,
since I´m taking the axles out to fit my new TRD LSD and I probably want to change the wheel studs for longer ones. Has anyone done that before and could tell me the press fit diameter on AE86 axles, I think they´re 14,2mm but I´d like to confirm... I'm not sure about the exact diameter but I can tell you that you need
to be careful that the splined part isn't so long that it protrudes beyond the hub face. I fitted some that were like this and the wheel nuts would not tighten properly. Apparently Landcruiser studs fit and they are longer but I have yet to find a part number for them. An analogue brain in a digital World |

I've read the IS300 studs fit also. You can also use extended IS300 studs for uber long studs.
