I thought he used a HKS 5AGE crank in his previous engine along with the 20V head - could be wrong though.

This article have few errors...

"Tec-Art’s recommended a 7A block"
Tsuchiya already wanted to do that when Sakurai san was still alive.
(and he always refused to do it, saying that they were still many things to do before that)

"The ITBs are naturally made by TODA"
Just stock blacktop ITB...

Toda never made any welded velocity stacks.
They are made by (for?) Tec Art's since quite a long time ago now Wink (they use the same on their N2 race car from the beginning)
