Hi Matthew - I also have the same set up - yet to fit it to the car.

What details do you need to know? Whilst I dont have the manual the set up wont be any different to carbs / itbs. Balancing being the most important part.

Hello,

first thanks for reply.

for me it seems that this setup is just plug and play as it has the stock TPS, isn´t it?
i know how to balancing them, thats not the problem.
what i would like to know is, where to connect the vacuum hoses ( from every cylinder to vacuum tank and from tank to map sensor?)
have u got some pics from you setup, just as a little help?
will u run it on stock ecu?
i mailed to Mr.Yuiko Funabiki from Tatsumi Company (OER Parts Supplier),
he send me a email with spare parts, there is a part i dont have incl., its called Idle Up Body (see pic), do i need this? i think this is only for carbs, isnt it?

thanks and greets from vienna, martin

Yes it should be plug and play, it will run with the stock TPS and it also has the IAT fitted – only other thing would be the Map sensor.

You need to make / buy a small plenum for this. I suspect my ITB kit came from Fuji Racing in the states as the plenum I have is identical to the one they show on their site. However rather than buy one you can always make one. A spare stock 4age fuel rail is perfect for customising for this purpose.

I will take some pictures of mine so you can see what I am talking about; it should become clear when you see it.

You also need to incorporate the vacuum feeds for things like the fuel pressure regulator

Will grab some tonight!

I will be using Greddy Emanage Ultimate – so I retain the stock ECU functions but can make the nessesary adjustments to run the ITB’s and cams.

Cant really see that clearly from the picture, but I suspect what he has recommended means you can get a MAP reading with the Carbs. Your ITB’s have the necessary outlets (those small black looped hoses) so you just need the inlet plenum as described above and you should be set.

Personally cant wait to get these on my car, need some shorter air stacks though as mine are way too long. Holding out for some sexy carbon ones!

Cheers

James

does your kit have an other MAP Sensor incl.? i have seen an old HKS ITB kit (see pic), which has an other MAP sensor incl.!

the plenum is not the problem as i make one on my own!

this is something i got no infos about!!!!

I know exactly what u mean, i also cant wait to fit, hear and feel them and i have to wait until my car is street legal on the road again (maybe april).
for me this setup is the perfect way for a conversion.

thank u so much!! will wait to hear and see some pics. from u.

Hi Matthew

Here is my set up

[Image: AEU86 AE86 - SK Sanyo/OER Sports Injetions Kit ITB]

Here is the inlet plenum I have - 4 feeds for each inlet runner, 1 to go off to the Map sensor. You will also notice the small black 3 pronged valve - this provides vacuum for things like the FPR etc. Check your EFI stock inlet manifold - you should have one.

[Image: AEU86 AE86 - SK Sanyo/OER Sports Injetions Kit ITB]

Oh also forgot you will also need a brake booster vacuum. If you look at this picture, the f2nd runner down next to the IAT sensor plug - there is a barbed hose end - this is for the brake booster.

[Image: AEU86 AE86 - SK Sanyo/OER Sports Injetions Kit ITB]

Oh ignore the black hoses you see.

I am going to use the stock the map sensor, I intend to use Greddy Emanage / Dastek so it it should all work with the stock sensors etc.
