Rear axle options
modception make a modified pajero axle for the AE86, but it will cost you more than 1200€ :/
you can get it in 4.875 (so close to your target of 5:1, and even shorter CWP for pajero are pretty cheap anyway) http://www.modception.com/products/ae86/...axle-build (They also sell a kit of brackets so you could also make your own , but that not "bolt on" anymore) |

i would go for the weir spool, way lighter, cheap and strong than a oem welded open diff

weir spool require their axles and that doesn't solve the shorter ratio problem (6.7" CWP are still pretty expensive and somewhat fragile)
