I saw this "AE86" in a Nori Yaro video a few weeks ago. Today I searched for it and found ReBlock garage's channel.

The idea behind this car is that it's a Honda Beat disguised as AE86. They did that using nothing else than cardboard and some epoxy stuff they fabricated themselves. The car has shaken, so it actually passed inspection. Huh

This Honda Beat has to prove that the epoxy material is durable, watertight/water-resistant and can be formed in any shape. The epoxy material is supposed to be used as a metal "replacement" for those shapes that are really hard to fix. But I guess most of their customers just use it to bog down any rust they can find. Sadly that Honda Beat fits in with the majority of the remaining 86s that I've seen lately.
In some ways I admire their creativity, but part of me would still love to see that car get sent to a crusher.

*Edit:
I've just watched a few more of the videos from that workshop and I am NOT impressed with their work. They seem to be the world leaders in patching over rust in the worst possible ways.
They need to quit that immediately. There's enough of those kinds of workshops in the UK, Japan doesn't need them.

I agree. You probably mean something like this video:

They tack-screw the replacement panel over the rusty bits...

Just imagine you buy a "clean" car from Japan without any (visible) rust. Then you find out it had been fixed by ReBlock where they actually used this epoxy stuff with some masking tape to cover up some rust holes. That would be bad...
Oh wait, that actually happened... Banging head

I love the look of the TE71 especially in this colour.
According to the brochure it's called "High-Glow Blue", interesting name.

Ossan Auto is a (web) magazine for Japanese Nostalgic cars. They have the tendency to replace the license plates with their logo as in Japan sharing a license plate publicly is not done. They're not that big, but do have a presence at many car shows.
