Piston availability
Can anyone tell me what the availability of Toyota o.e 4age pistons is like ?
Someone told me yesterday that in the U.K there were only 3 pistons available

Piston availability
As far as I know it's not a problem as long as you dont mind shipping them from far.
Amayama can supply OEM pistons no problem (i ordered new 1:10.1 pistons there), it's just the import duties that are killing. Toyota dealerships in the netherlands all get their parts from Toyota's central depot in Belgium, cant imagine them not having some stock over there (they even had trueno bumpers in stock some years ago). Piston availability
Just had an update from Toyota:
4 standard size bigport pistons available in Europe. 14 0.5mm oversize big port pistons but no rings. "plenty" 0.5mm oversize smallport pistons with rings. An analogue brain in a digital World |
