for the "purists" the only displacement replacement swap would be a Franken 7AG, or similar stroked "A" engine...

Well if you go V8, UZ it, light alloy block and even on standard management more than enough power. The assembly with a W58/ R154 is lighter than a similar LS combo and to keep the purist theme light is still the most important thing on an AE86!

Much better than F20c cause it has torque Wink

10kg lighter then an LS1 engine making 100+hp more and a shitload of torque, 50kg heavier then an F20C that makes 20 less hp. Jup, great compromise Smile

They are cheap though.. shame that the parts needed to plonk it into an AE86 aren't.

Hmmmm my 1UZ made 240WHP stock... then turbo made 500WHP, had it in a MKIV Supra. I would go for the 3UZ if I was to go UZ again...
