if you find a Celica live axle (TA22/23/40) any zenki AE86 LSD should fit Wink

Jep, ordinary older style AE86 Diffs will slot right in..It could be the case that only GT-short axles fit the LSD diff though, but I doubt it.

If I see one for sale around holland I'll send you a link.

i believe there's only 5mm which needs to come of the non lsd half shafts, so that won't be a problem i guess.

Thanks! I really love them too. About time to get them out from under the bed and actually put them on a car!

I also thought they were some kind of Star Shark Colin, but after looking at some pics of Colins and comparing them to mine, I`m not so sure. Take a look and tell me what you think?

-The area around the colins` centre opening and bolt holes are different than mine. My centre looks like a old style Work Equip 03, and the pointy spokes look like the Star Shark Colins, strange stuff.

-If you look at the Colins, the area above the 4 bolt holes is closed, while my rims (and the Equips) have an opening in that very same area.

-The amount of bolts used to keep my rims together isn`t the same as on the Colins and Equips I can find pics of. I still haven`t seen anything that looks exactly like mine.

If you take the centres from these Equips:

And add the pointy spokes from these Star Sharks:

And you`ll end up with my wheels:

Well, in the end they are just wheels Banging head

And all of them have the correct width for my car? Wow, that should make everything a lot easier, thanks for that!

I'm eventually going the same way as you although I will never sell my AE86! I will be putting as much of my spare AE86 bits in as I can, essentially a whole cars worth. The rear axle is a bit of a problem especially as I want Toyota T series for LSD's and rear discs, which I have and 114.3 pcd for wheels I have.

I am thinking TA23, RA23 rather than TA22 due to axle strength /bearing size ans axle availability

The car will have flares eventually but would be nice not to have to modify guards or shorten the differential (expensive). Have searched high and low and not found anything specific. I don't wish to go Nissan or any other manufacturer. I realise I need to take of the spring seats etc.

TA23/RA23 is I believe 1365mm drum to drum, and I have been reliably informed a ke25 is 1320mm drum mounting face to drum mounting face. I can't easily measure mine where it is. 45mm doesn't sound much. As above AE86 TE72 is too wide.

only the AE86 has the wider rear bearings, so that's no reason to neglect the TA22 axle
