Nice work tough really coming together nicely

all comments are welcome man Smile

just remember that the headers are not yet done totally.

Since the motor is stock - the headers dont need to be the exact same lenght.

They wont even be possible to be seen when the buggy is done .

Dont forget a solid chain guard....you wouldnt want that thing to snap while your sitting in front of it without some protection.

Kris, do yourself a favour and put on a chain tensoiner. If you dont, i will guarentee you, that the chain comes of. And they always does that, when your having the most fun...

thanxs for the advice - i checked around for one - & i found a small frontsprocket style with a bearing in it.

The rear end is so still that iw only swings about 5cm total... så the need to a tensioner is quite small - but as you say Knudsen - it´s better to have one.

On the last picture - this kind of tensioner is fitted to an "hybrid" Take your time guessing Hurray!

If you by: " The rear end is so still that iw only swings about 5cm total" means that the chain can bounce 5cm up/down, then a tensoiner is very nessesary!
Trust me Kris, i work with these things daily. If you allow the chain to bounce that much, it will either snap or jump of.
The tensioner you have posted a picture of, will indeed do the trick.

Well - i belive we missunderstood eachother Banging head Smile

What i did mean that the rear axle only swings by 5 cm - not the chain - the chain probably swings about 2-4 cm maximum -

(perhaps you remember that i too used to work as an Honda mechanic  )

any guesses about the HYBRID in the picture then ?
