Realised i hadn't updated this in a long time and tbh quite embarrassed at the photos. it is now sitting on 3 piece Volk racing mesh rims. F=14x7 R=14x7.5. wrapped in dunlop dz101 tyres 185/60/14.

Bride Vios III low max fixed back front seats.

New TRD 2-way LSD with 4.778 final drive.

New oils and plugs throughout.

Done a few trackdays which were a lot of fun, especially using 13x8 rims with slicks.

Embarassing tofu stickers removed and now is a super mint and clean panda trueno on wide dish rims filling the guards properly. Sorry about my initial enthusiasm for the initial d style, was so stoked about about it to start with and more the fact that it was so mint and unmolested and without rust.

Am waiting on a TRD FRP hatch with ducktail and carbon fibre front lip.

Looking into building a half cage in the back as i cant run the rear seats on the road without retrofitting with new seatbelts (thus why i got two fixed back seats, and i want to build it as a more touge oriented car than passenger vehicle) and then reupholstering the carpets throughout including in the back around the half cage.

Advanced my ignition timing which has seen a noticeable difference in response (also at the fuel pump).

Want to do more to it engine-wise but not sure what to do next as running large cams or ITBs will mean a new ECU which looks like over 3000NZD to fit and tune. Any ideas? maybe just TRD 0.5mm headgasket to increase compression & maybe pistons & light cams.

Vision is to build a very tidy Touge 200 style car which is driven daily.

Very nice.

Sideways? Just for fun... not a way of life.
