Help please sumbody
Hey guys. Lik it says i need help i turned on my 86treno this morning and it started fine ntil i hit the switch to turn on my head lights. They didnt flip up and my check engine light came on and then my car turned off and now it doesnt want to star at all. Im hopeing u guys can help me with any advice it will b grateful thanks... Leo

Perhaps a short circuit? Any fuses blown?

Sounds like a shortcut somewhere, check the diagnosis code and see if you can track down who is causing the problems. Then I´d check the wires for resitance and against earth.

Check your main fuses at the battery, the 2/3 big ones attached to the main battery cable, you might have blown one of these, they are like 60amp or something.

Haha thanks guys for ur advice. There was a green wire that was burnt form the main fuses that were conected to the terminal i replaced it and its work just fine thanks everybody
