HELP!!! hard time starting
Yeah, working on them just reminded me why i didnt use the 7mgte injectors i had a while back. Gave them back to my brother. Maybe ill try cleaning them or find a shop that does. Wish i had another set laying around though.

I checked the ohms on the injectors and they are reading from 3.3-3.6 and should be at 2ohms. Gave them 12v also and all of them seem to be clicking. Gonna try cleaning them and then check my resistor tomorrow.

HELP!!! hard time starting
I was wandering. If i had the plugs for the injectors in the wrong place. Would it cause it to not start. I know it has a firing sequence like 1 and 4, 2 and 3. I labeled the plugs 1-4 and put them in numeric order like 1 goes to 1 and 2g oes to 2 and so forth or do i have to put them in the firing sequence.

Whouldn´t start if the fireing order is wrong.
fireing order 1342.

But usually the loom determines the position, of the plugs, I´d say its almost impossible to plug them to the wrong injector.

Injectors need ultrasonic cleaning, anything else is just a waste of time...

HELP!!! hard time starting
Ok, so after replacing injector seals, compresson test and checkng fuel pump which are all good and ok. I did a engine diagnosis check which is giving me a code 14. Which is my ignition and this is what it says " No IGF signal to ECU for 4 consecutive IGT signal during engine running". But i am getting good spark when i run it from ignitor plug to frame to check for spark.

The IGf signal is a confirmation from the Igniter to the ECU, that tells
the ECU that an ignition event has occured. If the ECU does not get the
IGf signal, it assumes that the engine is not running, and cuts fuel.

You need to check that you have no broken or shorted wires between
the Igniter and the ECU. Plugs have no bent or broken pins... no poor
connections.

HELP!!! hard time starting
Ok, so after checking the igf and igt. Im getting good continuity to the ecu. I was wandering could it be a bad distributor cause when i went and connect a new spark plug to wire 1 and leave it out to see if im getting a spark on the plug. I wont see anything and im in the dark doing this. Or maybe its a weak spark?

Im at the end of my ropes on this. Probably gonna try working on it this weekend or wait for my brother to come up next weekend so ill have another guy working/helping on it instead of me only. Other than that its either gonna be for sale or ill have to look for a good shop to work on it :c

Check/refresh the grounding of the igniter to the chassis. It grounds through
the outer casing, so it needs to be bolted down with a good contact to the
chassis.

Check the wires that conect to the distributor at the point where they pass
from outside to inside. Due to constant flexing the wires can break or rub
through the insulation. Look inside and outside the distributor for any signs
of "soft" wires (broken inside the insulation), exposed wires, bad
connections.

Check for damage inside the distributor cap. Clean all the metal surfaces
and make sure the outer edge of the rotor is square and not covered in
oxidation. Make sure the carbon button is still there.
