Corollas in Latvia isn't so popular. And previous owner couldn't afford to fix a car. This price for regular crashed 1985 car isn't so low after all.

The previous owner calculated that he has to invest about 1000-2000EUR in order to make that car in great shape. It is quite hard to get parts for the Hachi in Latvia - he could not find the differential nor the headlights. Luckily I happen to have a broken Hachi, which have exactly the parts needed for this car.

Well, at the beginning I felt that 2000EUR I paid for the gray and the silver car was a bit too much. But now if I have two relatively good cars(plus some parts) for 2300EUR, that makes it 1150EUR a piece, I think it is quite good deal.

Well, what I meant was that compared to the wages 300 euros is a lot more in Latvia than in Holland. If I could find something like that I did not think about it for even a second: just buy it. Wink

we have a common opinion here in Latvia, that throwing money on the naturally aspirated engines isnt worth the price.. Wink
