sd_levin, great that you got your digital dash working, and everyone has a right to keep "how he did it" for themselves. But thanks for rubbing it in our faces. This place is about sharing, evfan clearly stated in his first post that he wanted to know HOW to do it, not to have someone say to him "I know I know but I aint gonne tell you!!". If you're not planning on sharing fine, but be nice! Its not like you're hiding big secrets that can make someone win the F1 or something. evfan, sorry to see you get disappointed over sd_levin's reaction, I guess I would feel the same, but also to you. Be civil. The guys got a right to feel he's got a need to protect his hard work. Yes its not nice of him to rub it in your face, but no need to start getting so upset. I'm sure someone else has done this and is willing to share, it may just take some time because not many people on this forum have done this yet or someone would already have posted this. I'm sure I've seen this info come round club4ag once or twice. Anyways, kiss and make up, send each other a PM or something and apologies for acting like kids. The next post in this topic I want to see something constructive, hopefully someone who does know how to do this and is willing to share. Or better yet, if you feel like writing a good how to on this subject, we'll make sure it makes the front page and you'll make loads of people happy. I guess that someone did it for sd_levin and he have no idea how it works.
I already have the wiring setup - it doesn't looks so hard but first I must translate it - wiring diagram is in japanese - I'll let You know will it work. evfan - don't get nervous - it isn't worth it... IF Carlsberg made an AE86, then it would be propably the best car in the world... |
