SMALL UPDATE:
I changed the dash for a "new" one, with just tiny cracks This is the dash I found at one junkyard. Price: $11. Paint: $15. I washed it and cleaned it really good before taking it to the paint shop, so it won't crack easy under the sun. You can see how cracked my old dash was: I started to dissasemble my first ever dash. It was a PITA. I started about 5:30pm and ended up 4 hours later... Comparison of both dashes: Close up: I still have to take pics of how it looks now and the mesh rims. I just love the new look of my car with the mesh. Pedro Velado GT-S Owner |

robokill Wrote:n1 car. how the fuck you get a cracked dashboard?A lot of people in the US suffer from a cracked dash as well. Remember Japan isn't as sunny as California. 1982 - TA60 Carina 4dr sedan - fun cruiser 1983 - AE86 Sprinter Trueno - import project 2013 - Honda Civic sport - daily driver 2004 - AEU86 dot ORG - daily domain Support our forum, buy from the AEU86 shop: |

I suffer from a cracked dash too. Its a combination of sunlight (obviously not the case here) and degredation of the plastic (my problem).
