10/12 kg suspension will not move AT ALL during driving. You might as well remove the shocks, remove the springs and weld a pipe in there. Only reason they exist is the "more must be better philosophy.
I had 9/7 and felt the chassis flexing. Doors wouldn't close after a while etc. Even stiffer springs would play havoc with your nicely restored chassis. I would really recommend you to find some sane springs t" pho go with the dampers. 5.5/4 for sporty or 8/6 for pure circuit/drift. A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |

i have to agree with NoHachi, this springrate is insane for the hachi. Lets say there will be around 225 kg of weight on one spring at the rear, the 12kg spring will only be 18,5 mm compressed with 225 kg! The body will get so much stress while driving that i think too that you will damage your 86...
Maybe good to think about making a complete tube chassis if you want such a stiff car? 5/2018 BMW F22 Coupe 1/1985 Toyota AE86 Levin Coupe |

If you have them, then certainly slap them on and see how you like them (karts have no suspension except body flex and are nice to drive). On perfectly smooth tracks you really don't need that much suspension movement.
Just keep an eye on those body seams and welds. A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |
