I still have to watch it... I did download one episode once, but that was the first episode and after that I just forgot about it.
The reason for downloading was because the manga was drawn by Kosuke Fujishima. Knowing his work from Oh My Goddess (hence my nick  ) and You're Under Arrest! and knowin what he did with the storylines I was curious about it.  I didn't really like the animations (You're under arrest! was much better animated) but I think I'll give it another try. Apolan: the mailserver was not functioning right today, so perhaps that was the reason why.
