A/C idle up on my GZE
Hi guys,

When I switch on my aircon the revs of my engine drops quite a bit (approx 200 to 300) and I feel a large power drop..

When during driving when the a/c circuit disengages the compressor I feel the engine becoming lighter and then when it comes on again there's a huge power loss..

I assume the power loss is normal but I didn't feel this much of powerloss while I had my 4AGE when the a/c comes on..

No one seems to know how the a/c idle up works in the GZE..

Does anyone know how this works?

CUrrently when the car is running without a/c it idles around 800 and then if turn on a/c it'll drop to like 600 or 700 at that low point.. But on a cold start the idle start around 1200 and if I turn on a/c it drop to around 800..

How can I fix this?

I was told that there a vacuum system that would put open the butterfly based on its setting.. Is this correct?

Cheated on my いたずらな女の子 and now I can't get enough of her..

I know there should be a seperate vsv on the normal 4AGE for the aircon that will increase revs when engaged, so most probably such a switch is also available on the GZE.
Perhaps this topic can be of any help:

You need to bear in mind that both the AC and SC runs with belts connected to the crank pulley so it could play a role on your idling and loss of power.

Yes, I understand the power loss but I think if the engine could revv up then I think the power loss won't be felt this much..

I'll keep updated when the mechanic looks at this problem..
