86 shop in tokyo ?
not realy the good shos are outside of the city... so if you don't have a car or lots of time to spare it's almost impossible to get there reasonably... Tokyo offers the Super Autobacs in Odaiba which is huge and has lots of generic/universal stuff (seats, wheels, harnesses, gauges, etc...) and 'if you can read japanese loads of very interesting magazines (top floor)

just take the "monorail" thingy from Shinbashi station to Odaiba. You can take a very nice ferry back if you like for a small amount.

If you have a chance to buy a Japanese railway ticket from abroad you can use the shinkansen depending on the lenght of the subscription (1 2 or 3 weeks) and travel to the nicer shops.

ae86 shop in kyoto is not to bad to visit. Besides kyoto has alot of nice temples to look at. The shop is about 20 min walk from kyoto central station.

There are alot of shops but most are split across japan. If you really want to visit you should create a map which is most easy to travel.

I have a magazine somewhere and there should be 2 shops in tokyo that work on ae86's as well. But can't recall the adresses.

Cars:
"99 Lexus IS200
"86 AE86 Kouki Panda Levin GT-Apex (restore project)
"84 AE86 Zenki Blue Levin (project racer)
Motorcycles:
"02 Yamaha R1
"02 Honda Hornet S
"08 BMW R1200GS

The ones I can think of:

Garage Annex in Yokohama near Yokodai station.
Yokohama is about 30min train journey from Tokyo.

Crystal Body Yokohama, nearest station is Futamatagawa on Sagami line.

Expert OZ is just off R508, about 30~45 min drive from Hon-Atsugi station on Odakyu train line (if traffic is OK). Nearest station is Shimomizo on Sagami line although the station is on the wrong side of the river!

Provate Garage Toolbox is at Shibusawa, a short walk from Shibusawa station on Odakyu line.

Dispite having lived within 45 minutes travel of all these places I have never visited them! In fact I hadn't realise PG Toolbox were so close to where I used to live, should have got my car tuned there rather than a Sylvia/Skyline drift shop (went there as they spoke good English).
To check details of where these places are just use Google Map...
