Hi,

Just bought a pair of 9.5" enkei's for my hachi. Is it's possible to use 205/50/15's on them? will it affect performance/safety?

thanks

Thats pathetic. This whole stretch narrow tyres on wide rims is shit. Yes performance is compromised, yes it looks rubbish, yes its unsafe.

Stretched tires kill babies.

You don't know what you're talking about. Those pictures you posted keep being posted over and over again.

I'm sure sometimes tires burst due to being stretched but you can get a tire blowout with normal fitted tires, so what's the deal.

Just look at all the ae86 you seen in japanese drift pictures/videos. They all run low offset wheels with stretched tires.

Different strokes for different folks people..

If you want the look or need the fender clearance then you go for stretch.

At the same time, you are sacrificing safety and performance to get the look you want. Simple facts

A wheel to steer the front of the car
A pedal to steer the rear
